Originating as Worley Power Services, we have spent the last 20 years building a reputation for managing complex power generation assets across the country. Today, as SPIE, we combine our deep Australian technical heritage with the global strength of the SPIE Group. This evolution gives you unmatched resources, including access to international expertise and specialised technical teams. Through this growth, we maintain the long-term relationships and mature safety systems our clients rely on.

SPIE Power Services brings extensive operational and geographic scale to every asset, enabling us to serve customers right across Australia. We manage a diverse portfolio of over 5,800MW of power generation infrastructure across more than 30 Australian sites, including over 1,100km of critical gas pipelines. Supported by a large, highly skilled and flexible workforce and backed by a SOCI-compliant Remote Operating Centre, our customers can rely on SPIE Power Services to manage their critical infrastructure.

Bobby Sagala
Managing Director
Appointed Managing Director in May 2026 following SPIE's acquisition of Worley Power Services, Bobby leads the overall strategic direction and performance of the business. With extensive experience across power generation, energy storage and critical infrastructure, Bobby holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours).
Liam McCallum
O&M Portfolio Director
A chemical engineer with over 18 years' experience across wind, nuclear and thermal generation, Liam oversees O&M portfolios spanning wind, gas turbines, pipelines, BESS and solar. He brings a strong focus on team safety and driving commercial outcomes for clients.

Frank McCarthy
Asset Optimisation Director
With over 15 years specialising in maintenance and reliability engineering across oil and gas and power generation, Frank holds a master's degree in maintenance and reliability engineering. He manages engineering and asset management responsibilities across a portfolio of 34 multi-technology assets.

Vikrant Sharma
Asset Services Director
A Bradfield Award recipient and former Young Engineer of the Year, Vikrant brings over a decade of experience across energy, aviation, oil and gas, and transmission and distribution. He leads the development and delivery of specialised, high-value asset services across the SPIE Power Services fleet.

Niraj Taank
Finance Director
A Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and Graduate Member of the AICD, Niraj brings over 23 years of international finance and commercial experience across energy, asset management and mining services. He leads the finance function and oversees procurement, commercial operations and enterprise systems.

Shannon Pagan
People & Workplace Relations Director
Shannon is an experienced HR and workplace relations leader specialising in strategic ER, industrial relations and organisational change. With deep expertise in the Fair Work Act, enterprise bargaining and complex case management, Shannon champions a people-centred approach to leadership.

Damian Brandon
HSE Director
A values-based HSE professional with over 19 years of leadership experience across renewable energy, power generation, mining, construction and oil and gas, Damian oversees HSE across more than 30 multi-technology assets, with a strong focus on psychosocial safety and human performance.
